Recipe

Here is the recipe for that yummy cheesy grits casserole below:

(This made 2 9x12 dishes for our whole office so cut in half for one dish.)

Cook grits
Add:
2 lb of sausage
2 jars salsa {mild or Medium}
3 cups of cheese
3 eggs
Bake 425 for 30-45 min.

Warning: NOT diet friendly. But scrumptious!

I answered your question about running on my comments page but I'll copy and paste it here also:
...I've been running consistently for about 12 years now. I ran track a year or two in high school but never ran outside of practice or meets. But then my senior year, I didn't run track and just ran on my own time. I loved it so much more that way. I really got into running in college and have been doing it ever since.
My advice....don't push yourself to run so much that you start to dread it or hate it. Run when you can, and it is okay to take walk breaks when you need to. And try to run outside rather than a treadmill, the scenery is much better! Also, in my opinion, music is a must!

And sorry so long! But one more thing...I'm definitely gonna try the cheese grits casserole. It looks delicious!! ;-)
