Yes, there you have it.
I've been bluffing because I was too scared! But I did it today ya'll. And so I won't have anything to report tomorrow but next week I officially will. Sorry! Even though I've done pretty good fitness wise this past week, Aunt Flow was here and I just couldn't bring myself to weigh in. So bear with me, even though I'm late getting on this train, you won't get me off it now! Choo Choo!
Tip for the day: I decided to heat up a Lean Cuisine meal today. It was one of those chicken and pasta dishes - not bad. But those things never fill me up! So I cooked it, put it in one of my favorite soup bowls and tossed in 3/4 cup of spinach leaves. It was really good and WAY more filling!
Today's workout plan: Billy Blanks Lower Body workout and if I can manage, I'm going to do the one mile jog also. I might even attempt (empasis on the word attempt) to run outside. The weather is gorgeous.
Hope all of you had a great weekend!

OK Girl! You are on fire now! Burn baby burn. Consider taking your measurements too, because that matters!
Don't give the lack of weighing a second thought. Your on the right track now and we are all gonna be some svelt hotties in a couple of months.
I completely forgot that True Heart said to take measurements. I need to get a tape - dangit!!
Rock On Sister!!
Oh well- if you give it a bettr effort now, it will still be easier than waiting until AFTER the holidays like everyone else. Did I mention Savannah has a HUGE bowl of HAlloween candy?....
Oh well. You'll try it again when you're good & ready!
I haven't kept up with my routine either in ages. Well, actually if you count the 2-3 times I walk across campus five days a week, for school & work, I'd say that's a pretty good workout!
The scale isnt the best way to measure things anyways!!! SO dont feel bad....keep on doing what your doing!
i'm very proud of you!
and i am so glad you say "ya'll" :) :) :)
I lost -another- pound. I'm in shock. You can do it Carolina. I believe in you.
It sounds like you're on the right track. Just keep eating right, continue getting outside as much as you can, and don't worry so much about the numbers on the scale. What matters is how YOU feel.
Thanks girls! You all are so inspiring :)
I agree---you're on fire now! Keep it up =) I have an award for you over @ my blog. Have a great day!
