Adventures with Mr. P

Anytime I'm with Mr. P there is an adventure.

Last night, he asked if I wanted to go for a walk with him and even though I'm majorly stressed out with work right now and should have worked late, I agreed it would probably do me some good and off we went.

We set out to this park where there are lots and lots of trails that weave in and out of neighborhoods. The first part of the trail begins at this really pretty pond and we saw some baby ducks!! Sure wish I brought my camera with me.

We had walked for about an hour and we ended up in this neighborhood. I noticed Mr. P looking around with a strange look on his face. Finally I asked him "You have no idea where we are, do you." And he said "nope."

Over an hour later, we made it back to his house. Oy vey. We walked almost 6 miles!!

The good news: I lost a pound this morning, so maybe the 2 hour trek was worth it, ha! And now I have something to make fun of him about: Getting lost in his own neck of the woods.

I was going to say drop bread crumbs next time you walk... but the ducklings would have ate them! :o)

That's cute. :) At least he'll admit when he's "lost" My hubby... don't. Oh well. At least it was fun (I hope) and you got some time off that you so much deserve and need. Exercise really does help relieve stress. :)

That is hilarious. Lost together, how romantic! And you dropped some poundage, can't beat that! Remember, work is only one aspect of your life. Work to live, not live to work. ;-)
