Sadness in South Carolina
As a few mentioned in comments, we have a serial killer on the loose. Please say a pray for the victim's families and pray that they find this sicko. How could someone kill a 63 year old peach farmer? A young innocent 15 year old girl? And 3 others who did not deserve to die in such a horrific way.

I heard about that! Right now i'm in North Carolina, and it was all over the news. :(.
Thanks for your prayers. As I told you before, I grew up in Cherokee County and my parents still live there. I worked in Gaffney not far from one from where one of the killings happened all though high school, and one of the girls I worked with knew the 15 year old girl who died. Everyone either knew someone who died or at least knows someone who did know them. It's hard to lose so many people in such a small town.
They say this man shot up near Dallas, NC in an attempted burglary was the serial killer, so they believe the whole thing is finally over. It still scares me because that means he had moved across the line and was not very far from where where my husband & I now live. So scary!
Seems they found him. Gun matches anyway. He was killed in a shootout with police. Yesterday in Dallas, NC.
Hopefully that's the end of that.
Gaffney is where I lived before I moved here to the beach in 1997. I didn't know any of these people, but my heart is definitely with them all. Very sad.
I cant imagine living in that fear. I am going to read about it now. Be safe. I hope Soxy is right and they found him!!!!!
I heard they killed the guy. So sad for all those families who lost people. :(

That is awful. I could never understand how someone gets a thrill out of that. I don't know if you knew this but Carson's dad who I was with for almost 9 years is a Crime Scene Supervisor in Kansas City and some of the stories he came home with......just when you thought you heard it all!
Hopefully they will catch the sicko. He will make a mistake somewhere. I have always thought people like that should get the eye for an eye punishment.
