Girl, you did a half marathon...who cares what your time was??!! Do you know how few people in this world accomplish that? I will tell you that like you know not eating was a HUGE mistake and probably hurt you even more than you realize. I always eat a Zone bar an hour before a race. It doesn't hurt my stomach and it fuels me properly. I was an absolute nervous wreck before my half last year. I didn't sleep at all the night before it either. I hope that this year I am more relaxed. I didn't stop to go to the bathroom during mine either. I knew it would take too much time. Lace your running shoes up, get back out there and rock the 1/2 in March:) Which one are you doing?
