If you want the recipe, visit The Shoebox Kitchen. I was going to post it all here, but she has so many great photos and tips that I figured it would be easier to just link to it.
My note: I used a ziplock bag to drizzle the icing, but I cut the tip too wide. The end result was the icing was a little too thick but still tasty. See the original link above for more pictures of how to cut the dough. You can also just use an ice cream scoop and make them like biscuits. I will probably do this next time.

The rest of the weekend was fairly quiet and uneventful. Saturday morning I went for a walk down by the river. The foliage is just breathtaking right now. That evening a friend cooked dinner and made a delicious shrimp recipe that I hope to share with y'all soon. This morning I went to church and then had lunch with the family.
I promise to do a more exciting post soon. In the meantime, is is possible to bake without getting flour ALL OVER YOUR KITCHEN? Or is it just me? Good grief.
Happy Thanksgiving week and GO GAMECOCKS!

I plan on making a black bottom pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.
